Who are we?

Dr. Erin and Grace Oksol are a dynamic mother-daughter duo obsessed with fitness and excellence (ages 46 and 18).  They believe that no-one achieves greatness by stepping over their health.  They recently competed in a bikini fitness competition together and both came home with medals and are qualified to compete at the national level.  Fitness is their shared passion and they believe healthy is the new happy.  They are online health and fitness coaches and help people live their best lives by choosing to be fit and healthy.
